-The A5 is a proven fixed ring, fully automatic, high production machine designed for virtually all debarking situations and is capable of very high operating speeds. - The air seal ring allows knife arm tool pressure to be varied in operation and the opening and closing of the arms under operator or PLC control. - Single standard Nicholson six (6) arm air seal sylinders ring. - Eight (8) spiked roll feed works with roll unloading on infeed rolls - Top mounted feedworks drive for one speed operation. - Machine is a RIGHT HAND configuration. Includes: - Miscellaneous spare parts, feedrolls, knife arms, air cylinder etc. - Two (2) used motors, one for the ring (100hp 1200 rpm) and one for the feed drive. Does not include: - Control Console Cabinet, Stand and Switches (no PLC) - Manuals - Hydraulic Power Unit 2 Hp (to pull the ring out) - Pullout rail (there is one in two pieces that could be welded together.
